Return Authorization Request

Your jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, therefore all sales are final. Damaged or defective jewelry in it's original packaging may be exchanged for a full refund within 7 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please be sure to securely package the item, insure it for it's full value and obtain a tracking number. Items that have been worn are not eligible for return. Custom or personalized jewelry is not eligible for returns. Please complete our Return Request form on the right to obtain a Return Authorization # before returning your jewelry.

We will gladly repair your item for the cost of time and materials. Please contact us before sending your jewelry to be repaired. Materials that are not in stock will be replaced with similar or like materials.
