When Jennifer was seven years old, her family in New Orleans sent her a grocery bag full of Mardi Gras necklaces. Instead of playing dress up, she ripped them apart and couldn't
wait to mix and match the beads to make her own necklaces and bracelets. That's where
it all began.
Coming from a family of artists, her world has always been full of color, creativity, and
exposure to many forms of art. Brilliant gemstones and shiny metals coupled with her artful eye result in simple, yet elegant jewelry. She loves to create and get "lost" in making
something beautiful out of a pile of wire, beads, gemstones and shells. Nature inspires her ,
especially the beauty of the countryside outside of her home studio, the mountains and
the sand and sea where she spends most of her summers.
